How do I track my order?
You can track your order using our Track Your Order page. Simply enter your tracking number to get the latest updates on your shipment's status.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods:

🚫 We do NOT accept personal checks, money orders, debit card payments, or cash on delivery (COD).
How secure is my online order?
When purchasing online with your credit card, all information is entered into an SSL-secure web page. Your data is SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider’s network for authorization and approval. Girnan does not store your credit card details on our servers.
When is my credit card charged?
Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours after placing your order.
Can I use multiple discount codes in one order?
🚫 No, promotion and discount codes cannot be used together unless stated otherwise.
What do I do if I have missing items in my order?
If an item is missing from your package, please contact us immediately at 📧 contact@girnan.com.
Are there any exchange rates?
All transactions on Girnan are processed in US Dollars (USD). If your credit card is in another currency, your order total will be converted based on your bank's daily exchange rate at the time of processing.
How do I change or cancel my order?
We reserve the right to accept or decline orders at our discretion, even after you receive an order confirmation.
🔸 If you wish to cancel an order, please note:
✔ A 30% cancellation fee applies to all canceled orders, even if canceled within seconds of placement. This covers non-refundable merchant processing fees.
✔ Orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
🚫 No, once an order is processed or shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed.
💡 Tip: Always ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We recommend using a residential address instead of a vacation address, as we cannot control customs clearance times.
